Terms & Conditions

 

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the reservation of luxury expedition cruises offered by Galápagos Redefined High End S.A.S. . By completing a reservation, the guest accepts these terms in full.

2. Reservation and payment

Reservations made more than 121 days before departure may be secured with a deposit of 30% of the total fare; the balance is due before 120 days prior to departure. Reservations made within 120 days of departure require payment in full at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Payment is accepted via PayPal, credit/debit cards  or direct bank transfer.

3. Non-payment of balance

Should the balance remain unpaid once the 120-day threshold is reached, the reservation is automatically cancelled without recourse to reimbursement.

4. Cancellation by the guest

A cancellation made more than 120 days before departure incurs a retention of 50% of the total fare, with 15% returned to the guest. A cancellation made within 120 days of departure incurs retention of the full fare.

5. Additional fees

Certain fees (fuel surcharge, carbon offset, Galápagos National Park entrance fee, transit control card) are set by the vessel operator and are not included in the fare shown; these are disclosed separately on each product page where applicable.

6. Vessel operators

Voyages are operated by third-party vessel operators (Metropolitan Touring, Go Galapagos). Galápagos Redefined High End S.A.S. acts as reservation agent; operational aspects of the voyage (itinerary changes for weather or safety reasons, onboard service) are governed by the operator’s own conditions.
